当渣浆泵型号确定后,总扬程是一定的。损失扬程主要来自于管路阻力,管径越小显然阻力越大,因而损失扬程越大,所以减小管径后,渣浆泵的实际扬程非但不能增加,反而会降低,导致渣浆泵效率下降。同理,当小管径渣浆泵用大水管抽水时,也不会降低渣浆泵的实际扬程,反而会因管路的阻力减小而减小了损失扬程,使实际扬程有所提高。
