白萝卜排骨汤

1、将排骨(或腔骨)在清水里浸泡一小时,以控出血水。花椒用水浸泡。

2、在砂锅(最好是老砂锅)中放入冷水、浸泡过的排骨。大火烧开,撇掉浮沫(残余的血水)。

3、浮沫撇净后,加入花椒水、姜片、葱段。

4、烧至排骨八成熟、汤色奶白,放入白萝卜块,盐。
