松茸酱制作方法

1、松茸削去根部硬的部分,洗净切成小碎粒,蒜头切成末。

2、锅内倒入植物油,等油温上升到5成热时,放入蒜末爆香。

3、放入松茸粒,小火煸炒至颜色变黄。

4、豆瓣酱和糖,小火慢慢熬煮约20-30分钟,直到水分收干油渗出。

5、根据口味放入适量辣椒油,搅拌均匀。

6、装入干净的无水无油玻璃瓶,入冰箱冷藏,可保存1-3个月。
