1、宽距俯卧撑:双手略宽于肩,拇指向外,躯干与腿部始终在同一平面;

2、与肩同宽卧距俯卧撑:主练胸大肌;

3、窄距的俯卧撑:主练胸的内延,也就是胸的中缝;

4、手高于头部的俯卧撑:主练胸的上延;

5、手放在肋骨处的俯卧撑:主练胸的下延;

6、每次练都按次序练,每个动作根据个人能力做20到50个,这样全身都能得到锻炼。
