工作原理为:利用三极管的模拟开关特性来实现操作。当三极管基极输入低电平时,三极管没有电流通过而截止,输出端的集电极呈高电平;若输入高电平时,基极通过足够电流而饱和导通,输入端集电极则呈低电平。
