1、先将余甘洗净,用烟在余甘表面涂抹均匀,用保鲜袋密封起来;

2、再将余甘浸泡于米酒和酸醋内,把余甘放进一个不透光的容器里,倒入米酒和酸醋的混合液,深度在没过余甘一厘米的位置即可;

3、浸泡至少一个月后,再次开盖时余甘变成棕黄色,即为成品。
