小学坐位体前屈训练方法

1、站位体前屈:两腿并立,以膝伸直,上体前屈,两手掌触地,上体与腿尽量贴近,复原姿势后连续再做(也可两手扶小腿后部来做)。

2、横叉:两手在体前扶地,两腿左右分开成直线,上体俯卧或侧倾。

3、正踢腿:直立,两臂平举,左脚向前迈出一小步,右腿绷脚面伸直,起腿要轻,急速有力地向上踢腿,高度要高,落腿要稳。两腿交替练习(有难度的练习—腾空飞脚)。

4、原地跳志体前屈:两腿分立,两膝弯曲,两臂后摆,成半蹲式,向上纵跳,同时两腿分腿向体前前踢,上体前屈,两臂前伸触脚(此动作类似于“两头起”)。
