汆丸子做法 看一遍就学会

1、制作原料:猪精肉125克,鸡蛋清1个,淀粉适量,水发玉兰片15克,水发木耳15克,葱、姜末各5克,精盐10克,香油5克,黄酒适量。

2、将玉兰片切成小象眼片;木耳撕开,备用,先将肉剁成肉泥,然后放入葱、姜末、鸡蛋清、精盐、淀粉,用筷子顺一个方向打上劲,待馅发出噗噗声时,则迅速挤成如枣大小的丸子;

3、并放入七成熟的水锅内,同时用旺火烧开,待丸子浮起后,即放入玉兰片、木耳、盐、黄酒、酱油、味精、撇去浮沫,盛入汤碗内,淋上香油即成。

4、特色:鲜嫩清淡,汤色洁白。
