1、200米的话起跑就不用太纠结,关键是中后段能不能跟上,首先要呼吸均匀,一定不要憋气,那是最后十米的事儿,跑法如果没基础的话,记着一点,身体的左右摆动幅度尽量小一些,上下起伏也尽量小,每一步的跨度要适中,不要跨太大,登地浪费力量,最重要。

2、跑前要热身,把肌腱拉开,可以提高成绩,更能减少受伤几率,主要拉伸腰部肌肉,大腿内侧和前后侧,还有小腿肌肉。
