火锅菌汤的熬制

原料:

猪肉250g、香菇适量、杏鲍菇适量、白玉菇适量、猴头菇适量、虫草菇适量、金针菇适量、蟹味菇适量、葱适量。

调料:

姜适量、盐4勺、鸡精适量、花椒适量。

步骤:

1、香菇、白玉菇去根切片,杏鲍菇切片,备用;

2、姜、葱洗净,姜切片,葱切段,备用;

3、猪肉切片冷水入锅,放入适量花椒,水开后将猪肉捞出用温水洗净备用;

4、砂锅中放入焯好的猪肉以及各种菌类,倒入足量的水,投入葱段姜片,放4勺盐、2勺鸡精;

5、加盖大火烧开后转小火熬一个半小时以上;

6、关火,熬制完成。
