一是做俯卧撑,当身体下降至胸部将要触及地面时,胸大肌极度绷紧,保持此静止姿势8~10秒或稍长时间,然后放松。 二是面对墙站立,两臂前平举,以指尖将触而未触墙为度。全身挺直,上身前倾,两手掌扶墙,指尖朝上。屈肘,上臂与前臂成90度角,上身用力靠近墙,两臂保持屈肘姿势撑住上身,不使身体靠墙,胸大肌极度绷紧,保持此静止姿势8~10秒或稍长时间,然后放松。
