怎样用万用表判别硅管和锗管

1、测量电阻法:用指针式万用表,测量晶体管的发射集或集电结正向电阻,如果表针指示在中间或中间偏右的位置,说明该管是硅管;如果表针指示在右边接近零而不到零的位置,说明该管是锗管。

2、测量电压法:锗管发射结的正向压降一般在0.1到0.3伏,而硅管发射结的正向压降为0.6到0.8伏,根据这一特点便可判别出锗管和硅管。
