1、拍打方法:站立或躺着,用双手手掌或双手手握空拳拍打两腹股沟,由轻到重,逐渐加力,直至腹股沟微微发热为止。每天拍打两到三次,每次5~10分钟。

2、时间不拘泥,经期以及饭后30分钟内不建议拍打。拍打过程中,一开始可能会感觉很疼,如果每天都坚持下来,疼痛的感觉会渐渐减轻,手也会越来越适应。
