锻炼人鱼线的方法:

准备1块瑜伽垫或1块大而干净的毛巾。平躺于地面,收紧腹部,两手向头顶方向伸直并平放。手脚同时抬离地面并往上延伸,带动头和肩膀离开地面,两手碰触小腿并停留5秒。回到步骤1的状态,再把两脚向空中延伸并微弯,左手往上举,右手往左小腿外侧伸直,换另一边做同样的动作,左右各做1次为1个回合,最多可做15个回合。平躺于地面,两手手掌打开放于臀部的两侧,用大腿夹紧1瓶水瓶里装约500ml水,再把两脚屈膝成90度,吸气停留5秒。保持上半身不动,收紧腹部,两腿向左斜倾斜45度,再慢慢回到中间
