普洱茶发酵过的好还是没发酵的好

发酵后的较好一些,因为没发酵的普耳茶性寒,陈化后变温和,熟茶温和醇厚。

普耳生茶有苦、涩、甘、甜等口感,香气比较明显,新茶易伤脾胃,不过经自然陈化以后茶性就会慢慢变成温和、褐栗色的茶。生茶主要有清理肠道,降脂,提神,降压和减肥的功效。

发酵充足的普耳茶,汤质浓稠水甜而滑口,几乎不苦涩。发酵度较轻的,有回甘,香气明显。汤色发酵轻者多为深红色,发酵重的以红黑色为主。叶底多为红棕、深褐色。熟茶可以降脂、降压、防止动脉硬化、预防便秘、利尿、养胃。
