原料:鱼肉500克

腌料:安多夫松肉粉3克、盐3克、鸡蛋清15克、NYS粉、生粉5克、料酒3克、橄榄油10克、胡椒粉3克、味精2克。

制作:

将鱼肉洗干净,切成涮火锅所需要大小的片;先将鱼肉放入NYS粉中,轻轻抓匀;然后入松肉粉拌匀;稍稍静置后加入料酒、胡椒粉、味精、盐、鸡蛋清、生粉抓匀;最后橄榄油腌制即可。
