蒸包子应冷水下锅,因为冷水下锅后,水在慢慢变热时,包子也在跟逐渐升温,这样蒸出的包子更为美味。

制作方法如下:

1、酵母用适量温水化开倒入白面中和面,放置在温暖处发酵;

2、猪肉馅加入油,盐,五香粉,葱姜末,生抽,鸡精拌匀再加入蔬菜碎搅匀;

3、面发酵好,揉匀排气,分成同样大小的面剂子,按圆擀皮;

4、放入肉馅,包成相应的包子样式;

5、二次醒发至包子膨胀,在锅中加入冷水,放入包子蒸20分钟;

6、关火再捂2分钟,即可出锅。
