1、消耗大腿前侧脂肪: 躺在地上,双手放两侧抬起双脚,让脚与地面呈90度,脚尖绷直弯曲一只腿的膝盖,另一只笔直,再做交换。

2、消耗大腿内侧脂肪:脚伸直,脚趾回钩 控制住膝盖,弯曲一只脚,轮流交换,脚趾要一直拉向身体,脚跟要碰到臀部。

3、消耗大腿侧面脂肪:躺在地上,脚抬起,膝盖微曲,将腿向身体摆动过去,同时抬起臀部,保持腿部肌肉收缩。
