在运动前1小时补水300毫升,运动后补水也要采取少量多次的方法,如果剧烈运动后因渴一次性大量喝水,会使血液中盐的含量降低,会加重心脏的负担。

因此也可以选择补充一些运动饮料(稍加盐的凉开水或低糖饮料也可),但是饮料的含糖量不能过高,因为糖的浓度过高,会使饮料在胃中停留的时间过长,反而使水分不能及时进入体内从而导致身体缺水。
