因为盐水浸渍过的莲藕,其细胞会因外界液体浓度大于细胞液浓度而失水,盐腌过后再用水煮,藕的细胞更容易吸水,也会使藕更容易煮烂。

煮藕的做法:

材料:

莲藕,酱油,红糖,米酒,白芝麻,蜂蜜(或糖桂花)。

做法:

1、莲藕去皮洗净后切片放入锅中备用;

2、锅中放入与藕持平的冷水,然后放入3匙酱油,2匙红糖、1匙米酒大火煮开后用小火焖煮至收汁后撒入白芝麻即可出锅,吃的时候淋些蜂蜜或糖桂花上去口感更好。
