香椿鸡蛋饼制作方法

1、准备材料:香椿100克、鸡蛋2只、面粉50克、盐3克、水适量;

2、鸡蛋液打发均匀,加入面粉拌匀,香椿洗净放进开水中烫一下,把香椿切碎;

3、香椿末和盐加入蛋糊中拌匀,平底锅烧热油,倒入香椿蛋糊,将蛋糊两面煎金黄,盛出晾凉即可。
