馄饨汤制作方法

1、主料:小麦面粉150克,猪肉(肥瘦)100克,白菜100克,芹菜50克。

2、辅料:鸡蛋清30克。

3、调料:盐25克,白砂糖5克,味精5克,白胡椒5克,香油10克,大葱20克。

4、馄饨汤的做法:绞肉加入精盐5克、白糖、味精2克、白胡椒粉2克、芝麻油5克、葱末5克,拌打均匀后,包入馄饨皮内备用;热水高火煮7分钟至滚后,加入包好的馄饨、小白菜、芹菜末,及精盐20克、味精3克、胡椒粉3克、芝麻油5克、葱花15克加盖高火煮4分30秒至开即可。
