1、把杆练习的方法 扶把训练有两种:—种是双手扶把,另一种是单手扶把。小班幼儿最好采用双手扶把的练习方法。

2、双手扶把 面对把杆,身体离把杆约1尺左右,双腿贴紧,脚跟并拢,膝盖绷直,双手放松弛,轻轻地放在把杆上。

3、躯干的训练,正确的躯干姿态是学习舞蹈的基础,受过训练的人体躯干,可以表现各种优美的舞蹈。躯干的训练主要是让幼儿从小习惯于背、腹和臀部肌肉的收紧和提起,躯干的训练对幼儿在表演舞蹈时要做的动作。
