上肢力量训练:

1、小杠铃胸前快推练习:双手握杠铃稍窄于肩,放在锁骨处,两臂弯曲,两手心向前,两脚前后开立。练习时,两脚前后交换跳起,同时两臂协调上举伸直至还原,连续练习。

2、杠铃直臂屈伸练习:双手反握杠铃于体前,身体直立,两臂伸直。练习时,两臂同时向胸前方屈肘,至杠铃于胸前,此时拳心向内,稍停后,再慢放,依次练习。整个练习过程上体尽量保持正直。

助力训练:

练习者双手抓杠,身体自然下垂,同伴双手托着练习者髋关节两侧,在练习者向上发力时,适当给与助力。
