1、压前腿,将把杆调至适当位置,身体正对把杆,将一条腿放上把杆,下面的腿脚尖要对正前方,注意自己的夸,不要掀起来,用整个上半身去贴把杆上的腿,两条腿都不要弯曲。四拍一次,八个八拍。然后换腿;

2、压旁腿,身体侧对把杆一条腿放在把杆上,下面的腿芭蕾一位脚站立(右脚在下就对正右方,左脚左面),靠近把杆的手抓住把杆(抓的时候靠前抓)向旁压,身体不要歪,头去看天花板,4拍一次,八个八拍;

3、耗腿,将一条腿放在凳子或者高一点的地方,尽量下竖叉或横叉,注意腿不可以歪,不要掀夸;
