把摘来的艾叶放清水里洗净泥沙,放在沸水里煮,加点食用碱。碱有固色的作用,加点碱,既可加快煮烂艾叶且能保持青绿色,又可增加香味。把煮好的艾叶,用保鲜袋装好,放入冰箱冷冻。要用的时候拿出来解冻即可像新鲜的一样亮丽。
