红薯最有营养的吃法就是蒸熟之后食用,原汁原味,老少皆宜。

1、准备好红薯,挑选时要选择纺锤型的长条型红薯,并且要表皮光滑,用手摸比较硬实,且透着光亮;

2、将红薯用清水浸泡5分钟,将表面的泥巴泡软;

3、然后用刷子,刷洗红薯表皮;

4、用清水彻底冲洗干净, 新鲜的红薯是可以带皮食用的;

5、将洗净的红薯,沥水;

6、将沥水后的红薯放入蒸锅,大火烧开锅,转中火蒸15分钟即可。
