1、头颈放松,两足开立双手叉腰[动作说明]头颈向左右缓慢地转动,上身及腰部不要转动,意念想一个“松”字,从头顶-眼-面-颈部。一一放松10-20次。

2、肩背放松,两足开立双手叉腰,躯干稍前倾, 双肘屈曲90度肩、胸、背部放松,双上臂及肩关节自前向后重复自后向前交替做环行运动,动作宜缓慢轻柔。10-20次。

3、摆臂放松,两脚开立两臂放松自然下垂,上肢放松自然下垂然后慢慢摆动,幅度从小到大再慢慢减小,10-20次。
