2、收紧核心,上身保持直立,目视前方。

3、掌心向上,肩部不要随着动作出现起伏。

4、肘部贴紧身体,发力拉起弹力绳。

5、当肘部弯到90度时停留1秒,然后缓慢恢复至起始状态。
