1、双脚分开约与肩同宽踩住弹力带中间部位站立,腰背部挺直,核心收紧,双臂屈肘向身体两侧打开,双手各握弹力带两端举至肩部位置。

2、保持身体稳定,保持核心收紧,三角肌发力带动双臂向上推起弹力带至手臂伸直。

3、动作顶点稍停,感受三角肌的收缩,然后控制好速度慢慢反方向还原。
