屈臂抬腿的正确方法

1、平躺在垫子上,或者是硬面的床上,双臂放在身体两侧或者两手放于脑后,保持背部平坦,仰面躺下。

2、如果两手放于脑后,头部压住手掌,手臂展开平放在地板上,整个身体呈一条直线,用腹部的力量把腿举起,抬起双腿,不要抬到和地面垂直,与地面呈75-85度角为最佳。

3、双腿伸直,慢慢返回,动作尽量缓慢,回去时不要弯曲,不要借重力靠惯性,要用腹部力量始终控制双腿,还原时不要接触垫面或床面。
