3、凉水煮鸡蛋,小火烧开,煮鸡蛋时,一开始用凉水,然后调成小火烧开水;

4、中间拨动几次鸡蛋,煮一会鸡蛋后,用筷子拨动鸡蛋,让鸡蛋均匀受热;

5、控制好煮鸡蛋的时间,水开后煮5分钟左右即可。
