1、将豆干、虾仁、红萝 卜、竹笋、鸡胸肉与里肌肉都切小丁;蒜仁与红辣椒切片备用。

2、热锅,加入1大匙沙拉油,加入猪绞肉以中火爆香。

3、加入作法1的材料和毛豆仁一起翻炒均匀,再加入所有调味料煮约15 分钟,让汤汁略收干即可。
