制作方法如下:

1、取精选后的黄豆用水浸泡10到24小时;

2、然后在100摄氏度以上的温度下蒸煮20到60分钟,蒸煮后的熟豆冷却至20到40摄氏度时;

3、均匀喷入纳豆菌液,在温度35到45摄氏度、相对湿度百分之五十到百分之九十的条件下发酵培养18到30小时;

4、将发酵好、产生较多的透明粘丝的纳豆置于0到10摄氏度冷藏室内冷藏24小时以上;

5、取出,进行冷冻干燥,粉碎,过40到80目筛即可。
