大闸蟹制作方法

1、新鲜大闸蟹冲洗刷干净,不用解开绳子,以免螃蟹乱动划伤手。

2、将绑好的螃蟹肚皮朝上,摆放在蒸盘中,冷水上锅,大火上气后蒸20分钟。

3、细香葱、姜、蒜分别切成碎末,放入小碗内。

4、将蒸好的螃蟹取出,剪去绳子。细香葱、姜、蒜末和醋搅匀成蘸汁,搭配食用。
