负重高抬腿和高抬腿,找个杠铃或者其他负重的东西,快速的高抬腿,增加大腿综合能力。用脚尖或前脚掌跑步,包括30米冲刺、60米冲刺、80米冲刺,每天10组,关键在于提高步频。训练下坡路跑提高成绩效果显著,但不可不超过120米,100米最重要的是爆发力。增加足趾训练每次蹬地最后阶段推出去脚尖,尝试在练习提踵时,深蹲时,跑步时脚趾头抓地。后蹬跑,找墙面或者双杠,双手扶住,快速交换抬腿,注意支撑腿一定要直,抬动腿尽量往上走。变速跑,直道全速,弯道慢跑或走都行。 双腿最大力量后蹬,不宜大步幅、但要高频率,同时上体不能
