1、奶油在所有动物性脂肪中是较佳的一种,奶油和牛奶成分大致相同,但各组成成分的含量都有了改变,其中奶油的脂肪含量比牛奶约增加了2025倍,而其余的成分如非脂乳固体(蛋白质、乳糖)及水分都大大降低。奶油的维生素A和维生素D含量很高,在人体内的消化吸收率较高,可达95%以上。
