锻炼内转肌的步骤:

1、以跪坐姿坐好,然后调整好呼吸,接着用腹部的力量开始缓缓地吸气。

2、在腹部吸满空气之后,要压缩腹部。

3、接着再鼓胀腹部,有要把空气由背后挤到头上的感觉。

4、吐气的时候,要像是把空气挤向胸前和下颚一样慢慢呼出。

5、反复执行一到四步骤,持续十分钟。
