干煎金线鱼步骤

1、主料:金线鱼500g。配料:油适量、盐(最好用海盐,即粗盐)10g。

2、金线鱼收拾干净后,抹上盐,放冰箱冷藏腌制4小时,备用。

3、锅里加入适量油,烧至5分热后放入腌制好的金线鱼,煎至一面金黄。

4、翻面,继续煎至金黄即可。
