男士瑜伽入门教程,首先要从以下四个步骤开始练起:

瑜伽教程一:姿势坐立,闭上眼睛,双手向下按住膝盖,使膝盖低于臀部,做10次深呼吸。

瑜伽教程二:以坐式为起点,将左手放在右膝盖上,身体转向右侧,右手撑地并置于右后方,自然呼吸5次,并换到另一侧重复做。

瑜伽教程三:双手和双膝着地。呼气,抬起膝盖远离地板,保证脚跟离地,伸直双臂和双腿,自然呼吸5次。
