蟹汤包子制作步骤

1、主料:活大闸蟹800克。

2、调料:葱末、姜末、绍酒各10克,盐、香醋各4克,白胡椒粉3克,熟猪油50克。

3、活螃蟹刷洗干净,用绳子捆绑好,上笼大火蒸20分钟至熟,取出放凉,去壳取蟹肉、蟹黄备用。

4、锅入熟猪油,烧至三成热,入葱末、姜末炒香,入蟹肉和蟹黄,翻炒至出蟹油,加绍酒、盐、白胡椒粉调味,打去浮沫,淋上香醋,起锅装盘即可。
