2、番茄沙司20g、马乃司50g、盐0.2g、胡椒粉0.5g、糖2g。

3、将黄西红柿切角、围入盘边,中间放紫甘蓝、胡萝卜丝、加入葡萄干,用马乃司挤成网格花纹即可,食用时浇上用番茄沙司、马乃司、园葱碎、糖、盐、胡椒粉调制的汁搅拌均匀即可。
