1、用颈部切断三管法宰杀。要求操作部位要准、刀口要小、放血要完全。经宰杀放血后的鸽应尽快浸烫褪毛。

2、浸烫水温一般控制在60-65℃,水温保持恒定,浸烫时间约1分钟,以易拔掉背毛为宜。注意不得将鸽皮弄破,要将绒毛除尽。
