练习太极桩功时呼吸方法

1、浑圆桩一,起式身体正立,两脚分开与肩同宽,脚尖向前,全脚踏地,二肩与脚掌心一线,足心有发热或发麻感,双手自然下垂,双眼目视前方;

2、站桩双手缓缓上提到胸前,双手外拉而抱圆 ,两腿自然平衡站立,脊柱正直,头正,颏微内收,两手指尖相距一拳之远,指尖相对,掌心向内,十指自然分开,手掌与胸距约30公分,双手放在肚脐以上肩部以下的部位;

3、手略高于肘,肩部要松,内抱外撑,做到肘横腕挺,站桩时呼吸自然,练功中要注意全身肌肉放松,心态平和;

4、收式两手合抱于丹田,男左手在下,女右手在下,静默二分钟,默想全身气机如百川归海一样流入丹田,丹田如同无底深渊,收藏无尽气机。
