配料:面粉500克,干酵母3克,泡打粉5克,豆油1两,温水,糖20克;

做法:

1、将面粉倒在案板上,加入干酵母,泡打粉,糖,拌合均匀,扒坑;

2、坑内加入温水,放入豆油,抄拌揉合成面团,稍醒大约1小时左右;

3、待面醒好后,做成自己想做的包子;

4、把做好的生坯摆入屉内,锅内放入冷水;

5、蒸13分钟既可。
