作用:

可以去除鱼腥味,还可以软化鱼骨。

制法:

1、将新鲜的鱼去鳞洗净,除内脏,鳃,切成小块;

2、将油烧热,放葱,姜炝锅出香味,下鱼块生炒2分钟;

3、加入适量开水旺火烧开,改小火慢煮,一直煮到鱼肉离骨,汤厚发白时,将鱼骨捞出,加盐,滴些香油即可;

4、如果在煮汤时加几片白萝卜,或滴几滴牛奶,倒些啤酒,不仅增加营养,而且能使鱼肉鲜嫩,味道更美。
