1、原料:豆芽、葱花、盐、鸡精、蚝油、生抽。

2、首先将豆芽浸泡3分钟,捞起漂浮的豆壳。

3、然后捞起豆芽,晾干水分。切葱花备用。

4、锅内热油,待油热时放豆芽入锅,不停的翻炒。炒至七八成熟时,放入盐、鸡精、蚝油、生抽,最后在翻炒几下即可装盘。

5、装盘,撒上葱花即可。
