1、俯卧地板,双手放在两侧,慢慢向上撑起保持一定时间。

2、反复几次后,双腿曲起,脚心与额头保持一致,跪立,小腿与身体成九十度。

3、下腰时双手抓脚踝,保持一定时间,膝盖到骨盆始终保持直立,用腰划圆,顺序为前、旁、后,双手双脚与肩同宽,慢慢缩短手和脚的距离。

4、有条件的话,在墙上装一个横杆,用横杆支撑腰部,手里抓重物或其它结构来加强下腰效果。
