动作的一般过程为:双手分别握杠,两臂支撑在双杠上,头正挺胸顶肩,躯干、上肢与双杠垂直,屈膝后小腿交叠于两脚的踝关节部位。肘关节慢慢弯屈,同时肩关节伸屈,使身体逐渐下降至最低位置。稍停片刻,两臂用力撑起至还原。
