做酸奶用什么菌粉好

1、做酸奶最好用乳酸菌。

2、纯牛奶在热水,(袋装的,只要温热就可以了,70-80度;如果是1kg装的盒子的,要用开一点的,90-98度)泡3-5分钟,使纯牛奶加热到40度左右(有利于乳酸菌生长)

3、在温牛奶中加入菌粉,用勺子搅拌均匀,密封或盖盖。(要密封好不要漏气)

4、放在保温的地方(30-40°即可)5-6个小时后即可。

5、将发酵后的酸奶取出加入白砂糖搅拌,即可食用(最好放在冰箱里冷藏哈再吃,口味更好)。
